Merit Badge Process <– (Click for PDF file)

The Advancement Chair persons:

  • Encourage Scouts to advance in rank.
  • Work with troop Scribe or Team Secretary to maintain all Scout advancement records.
  • Make a prompt report on the correct form to the council service center when a troop/team board of review is held. Secure badges and certificates.
  • Work with the troop/team librarian to build and maintain a troop/team library of merit badge pamphlets and other advancement literature.
  • Report to the troop/team committee each month.

Troopmaster Web –Login here–

  • The Troopmaster web system provides access to view the main database of information used by our troop. In Troopmaster web you can:
  • View and edit contact information about your family
  • View troop activities and events
  • Email Scouts, Parents and Leaders
  • View your scout’s rank and progress on advancement and merit badges

The login link can be found above or on links tab.

The first time you access Troopmaster Web you must create an account for yourself following these instructions:
1) Login with your profile ID [______________] and initial password [______________]. This will be provided to you at a meeting or can be obtained from the troop leaders (this will ensure that you have the correct access level when you create your unique account and that access is limited to our scout families)
2) Create an account for yourself
